Purpose of Position: 5-10 years of combined SAP and Materials management/inventory/procurement experience. 3 full lifecycle projects in SAP MM focused on procurement and inventory management process design and implementation. Exposure to SAP WM or other Logistics modules is desired. Experience guiding client resources through the project life cycle activities including: o Solution Design. o System configuration. o Transactional unit testing. o Functional specification preparation for solution enhancements, interfaces, conversion programs, workflow, reports, and forms. o Integration testing support, including script authoring. o Defect remediation and strong troubleshooting skills. o Master data conversion planning support. o Security role definition support. o Cutover planning support. Communication skills: strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills (oral and written). General consulting skills: initiative, team collaboration, problem solving/troubleshooting skills, and complex solution analysis. Experience working in small teams of 3 - 5 resources (including other consulting and client resources). Minimum of 5+ years of experience within a Management or IT consulting firm preferred. Bachelor's degree. Should be a team player. Should have excellent customer interaction skills. Flexibility in working hours. Technical Skills needed: SAP S/4HANA MM module configuration experience version 1610 or higher. SAP Fiori UX experience executing MM business processes. Travel 100% US based travel Monday Thursday travel schedule expected. Key take away: Freight tax project need to be implemented in Auto Sector. Hands-on SAP MM, SPA MM(Order to Cash) , SAP PP, Integration with Sales & Procurement. EDI process experience along with Mexico localizations, like with reception side of CFDI process. Strong experience in PTP within MM. Diversity candidate preferred. Strong communication skills. Must Run workshops independently. Deliverables: -Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
