We need Functional consultants with GL and BCEA / budgetary control and encumbrance accounting experience. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead with specialized expertise in Public Sector implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials for our client. As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for understanding the client's business processes, gathering requirements, configuring the Oracle Cloud Financials system, and ensuring a smooth implementation. Strong knowledge of public sector financial practices and regulations is essential for success in this role. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials/Accounting implementations. Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud Financials implementations in the public sector especially with budgetary control and encumbrance accounting. In-depth knowledge of public sector financial regulations, compliance, and reporting. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
