Required Skills: Strong Kibana log analysis skills. Good understanding of how a production support system works, Issue Triaging, Ticket Analysis & Assignment. Good Status report creation skills (PowerPoint). MUST be at the Irving office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wed, Thu) and during major release days all 5 days a week.
