The role will be based in Kansas City, MO (where they are building their own Gigafactory) and remote working is not an option Serve as SME on Success Factors HR implementation Assist in the development and proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance Develop and maintain work instructions and job aides while creating a streamlined, efficient and self-service approach to the organizations reporting requirements Assist in establishing data tables, structures, files, interface requirements and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration Maintain the long-term integrity of the Success Factors Environment while being flexible and nimble to the business and new business requirements Enable a culture of data accuracy and integrity by creating and implementing data maintenance processes and audits Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation and overall system performance Excellent analytical capabilities, conceptual thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages, impactful visuals and actionable plans Collaborating with internal customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction Maintain and cultivate relationships with key internal and external contacts Other duties may be assigned Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, quickly resolve complex problems through analytical thinking, and meet deadlines Leverage technology to provide data analytics to the business Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a requirement for some roles at PENA and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred Education: Basic/Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Bachelors degree in related field or relevant work experience may substitute for required education Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations. Strong ability to influence, provide leadership, work in a team environment or independently. Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Good facilitation/training skills.
