Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and objectives and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Expertise in IT Service Management, Operations Management, Asset Management, Project Portfolio management processes will be critical in designing and implementing best practices to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their IT Service Management requirements, IT Operations Management processes, and pain points. Lead process workshops and client demos Process Analysis: Evaluate existing ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement and automation. Solution Design: Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and Process teams to design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that address clients' needs. Project planning: Document development backlog stories, Acceptance criterial and work with cross functional for sprint planning for release management Documentation: Create detailed documentation of requirements, process flows, and system configurations.
