Responsible for generating monthly reports to 12 operating companies. The individual: uses various reporting and BI tools to analyze and identify trends. The role supports all areas of Service Quality Management across the group companies and interfaces with Information security service providers/key data owners and company stakeholders throughout the Americas Division (AD) and EMEA Group Companies executes data governance controls related to service metrics; captures and tracks data on service quality issues; contributes to the Service Quality Management team's strategic transformation goals through continuous service quality improvement Role Objectives Shared Service Data Governance Support adoption of data governance policies within Information Security Assess data sources, identify control gaps and analyze data quality (KPI/KRI metrics) Assess and execute relevant data controls on shared service metrics in support of data governance program initiatives Service Quality Management Service reporting through the development, quality assurance, and maintenance of service metrics/KPI reports and dashboards Performance trending and analysis for stakeholder communication Performance measurements on group-wide service quality to drive continual improvements Reporting process automation to improve efficiency, and enhance data quality and controls Strategic Project Management : support the deployment of strategic IAM security projects in support of Cyber Security Transformation for all group entities in the AD and EMEA Scope: All in-scope Group Companies; IT Security Stakeholders in AD and EMEA, including SMBCAH Inc. are covered Requirements Project Management Data Analysis, Visualization (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI) Performance Measurement and Tracking Gap Remediation, Improvement Facilitation, Coordination, Communication, Presentation Stakeholder Engagement at various levels within the organization (AD, EMEA) Keywords: business intelligence active directory information technology green card Florida Illinois New Jersey New York North Carolina Texas |
