Job Role: Microsoft O365 Engineer Duration: 12 months+ Location: Hybrid Albany, NY Local only Visa: USC, GC only Interview: Video Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: Lead technical support for Office365 and the associated applications. Maintaining service level standards for the satisfaction of end users to assure delivery of highest quality services. Provides subject matter expertise to the Endpoint Engineers. Maintains strong partnerships with IT services vendors and support ongoing execution improvements based on Service Level Agreements. Maintain, and execute incident management procedures and supporting escalation models. Drive Problem Management processes to promote root cause analysis and remediation of reoccurring incidents. Support protocols for asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment. Apply and enforce system security policies and standards. Support BCP/DR testing and lead improvements in recovery time. Interpret and correlate metrics to the leadership team. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft collaboration and communication technologies. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience with the ability to manage migration projects effectively.
