A screenshot photo of the candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at the beginning of interview to validate the candidate. 2nd round onsite interviews may also be requested at the hiring manager's discretion. Note: Candidates MUST be currently local at time of submission. Hiring managers are not interested in anyone who needs to relocate to accept an offer. Position will be hybrid in the office, 2 days a week. NO remote only option. Job Description: The Programmer Analyst 6 positions will work as contract resources for the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) in a staff augmentation capacity. The resources will act as a developer and analyst in an agile environment on a small development team to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements for various ongoing new development and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and Support development tasks. Assist with development of new applications. Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team. Required Skills & Years of Experience : 10+ years overall Programmer Analyst experience. 5+ years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience. 5+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM processes and working for a Sprint Development team. 5+ years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces. 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Be autonomous and think creatively. Great interpersonal skills and can be collaborative.
