Role (Designation): IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) Senior Engineer Desired Experience Range 3-8 Yrs . Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency): ISIM, TDI, TDS, Adapter, Assembly line [Min exp required = 1 year]. Experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML. Preference to candidate with hands-on experience building out of the box and custom adapters. Knowledge of basic security concepts (encryption using keys, SSL, HTTPS). Very good understanding of Identity lifecycle management. Strong understanding of Architecture, Design and experience with implementation. Handled minimum 4-5 projects in Technical lead role capacity involving key activities such as Detailed Design, Implementation, Integrations of various systems and applications. Strong experience in preparing high level and low level solution design documents Should have at least 2-3 years development experience in JAVA programming language. Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role: Should be able to develop identity and access management solution using ISIM, TDI, TDS. Should be able to run interactions/meetings with enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects independently. Should have good understanding on server and network architecture and technical know-how. Should be willing to learn other leading IAM products.
