[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] System Analyst Remote Contract Required Skillset: Minimum of 1-5 years of hands-on experience with the following: Working in the following areas: Data Warehousing and ETL Data Marts Data Profiling Data Modeling Data Quality Analysis Modeling Dimensional Databases and Data Marts (includes physical and logical models) Able to understand and reverse engineer complex SQL Able to translate specifications and rules into simple SQL Knowledge of data modeling concepts Interpreting and writing source to target mappings (ETL transformation rules) Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio Knowledge of Metadata management Experience in analyzing data flow and system dependencies Required Capabilities: Knowledge of the various aspect of the SDLC Has experience in writing FRS documents Ability to look at the given system/solution and document rules / behavior in pseudo-code Has experience providing time estimations for SA activities Ability to work closely with Development PV and UAT teams to provide them the required support Required Soft Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Good documentation skills Proficiency in English language (as a medium of communication) Frank and open communication with peers and higher-ups about realistic estimations and meeting timelines/expectations and proactive communication of issues and concerns thereof Assertiveness in communicating ideas, estimates, scope and timelines Nice to have: Experience with working on DB2 and Postgres Databases Experience working with PHI & PII and sensitive data Knowledge about ETL tools (preferably Ab Initio) Knowledge about other Ab Initio tools like Query>IT, MDH, BRE etc. Knowledge about business intelligence / analytics / tool experience Cognos/Tableau Knowledge about medical and Rx claims processing, healthcare enrollments and providers Knowledge and understanding of security standards Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel Macro usage Thanks & Regards, Ibrahim Md Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc. 7460 Warren Pkwy,Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034.
