Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platform architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on delivering scalable and innovative solutions to meet business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration specifications. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance on design principles, coding standards, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations to extend platform functionality. Perform technical feasibility assessments and proof-of-concepts for new Salesforce initiatives and enhancements. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and data governance policies. Lead the resolution of technical issues and provide guidance on troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred. Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect. Minimum [X] years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Platform. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, including data modeling, security, and integration patterns. Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and middleware platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
