Strong expertise in Account & Program Delivery management, Program Planning & Implementation, Converting Leads into Deals, Strategy into Action, Governance, Global Service Delivery Models, Client Relationship, Vendor Management and building high performing team. Leadership for Stakeholder management, Strategic execution. Account and Delivery Management Experience in customer interfacing, relationship building and strategic communication. Hands on experience in digital marketing operations (Email Operations, Content Management Operations) Running large programs independently with responsibilities for managing KPIs including error free delivery of agreed deliverables, headcount and attrition targets. Successfully owned global delivery for large, complex and exponentially growing business. Bring in industry best practices and productivity benefits. Responsible for automating operational activities, adopting lean mythologies and performance optimization Coordinate with Delivery Manager and General Manager for Program Management Reviews Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule Emphasis on running quality initiatives with process improvement, metrics reporting/ analysis, proactive value addition.
