Strong expertise in Account & Program Delivery management, Program Planning & Implementation, Converting Leads into Deals, Strategy into Action, Governance, Global Service Delivery Models, Client Relationship, Vendor Management and building high performing team. Leadership for Stakeholder management, Strategic execution. Account and Delivery Management Experience in customer interfacing, relationship building and strategic communication. Hands on experience in digital marketing operations (Email Operations, Content Management Operations) Running large programs independently with responsibilities for managing KPIs including error free delivery of agreed deliverables, headcount and attrition targets.
