Must be local/commutable distance. PV NOTES: She declined other candidates for having too much focus on Life Sciences Industry Pharma/Healthcare. The client this position will begin working with is in Industrial Materials industry. Need to focus on Project Managers that have a as SAP Functional Consultant background. She went through 10 submissions and only scheduled 2 interviews because everyone was too technical for this client/project. Instead of a true Program manager need to focus on Project Managers with the SAP functional background, S4 Hana experience and team management of up to 20. Pre-Qualifying Questions: Hybrid role - 1-2 days onsite each week. Must be local/commutable distance. 1. Have you led 2 SAP Programs What/when were they 2. Do you have experience managing S/4 Projects Project focus Version 4. Do you have extensive experience presenting to large groups SAP Solutions/Functionality 5. Do you have experience as SAP Functional Consultant Modules 6. Have you lead teams of 10-20 Team size Project Skills: Program Management-The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project Management-SAP S/4HANA project management experience required (version 1809 or higher),Excellent client facing skills. Requirements: The ability to perform the below: Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) Experience presenting to large groups focused on SAP solutions and functionality. Business process analysis and design experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process design and implementation Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support. Create and manage SAP project schedules using ACTIVATE Methodology General consulting skills, including team facilitation, business case development, and business assessment / strategy. Project management: lead medium to large teams of 5-50 resources (both consulting and client employees) Experience interacting with clients and building business relationships. Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills. Experience scoping and estimating SAP implementation projects. Deliverables: Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members. Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility. Participate in data conversion and data maintenance. Provide best practice and industry specific solutions. Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions. Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
