Description: Position Overview: As a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving successful transformations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OCM, training, and gap analysis, with proven experience in managing OCM or training projects. The position requires a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of dedicated experience in the field, and ADKAR certification is a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute Organizational Change Management initiatives for various projects. Develop and implement training programs to support organizational changes. Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between OCM strategies and business objectives.
