| From: vaishali, KPG99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Company: FPL Role: Exchange Engineer (Mid level to Sr) Location: 4300 Kyoto Gardens Dr Palm beach, FL office 5 days per week ONSITE Roles: 2 openings Length: 6 month contract, with plans to convert sometime after 3-6 months Citizen or green card only Notes from meeting: she does not like people that are coming from microsoft. wants someone coming from another large enterprise company with at least 15,000 users. they need to have been involved with the entire mail flow and not just pieces of it. someone that can administer exchange, knows about secruity, can write powershell scripts, vlookups, knows when they have to communicate changes to the business, know to test things in QA before putting into production. this is not just a server person. got time blocks for monday. - Will not look at anyone coming from Microsoft - Resource will need to be in office 5 days per week while they are a contractor o Once they convert, there will be more flexibility with a hybrid schedule - Minimum 15K users for environment size - Wants to see on the resume someone that is totally focused in Exchange and not the entire O365 suite Position Specific Description Responsibilities Exchange Perform and create queries using Exchange O365 Powershell\\MS Graph API\\Scripting\\Reporting knowledge. Produce reports using above technologies. Mail migrations from other mail platforms to an O365 Tenant Exchange Account Administration\\troubleshooting Troubleshoot\\resolve escalated Help Desk issues relating to O365 Outlook Desktop/Mobile Client, Mailbox, Licensing, Mac and User account issues Must be able to support all protocols available for Exchange Online Must be fluent in supporting Exchange Online Protection mail routing\\infrastructure in a Hybrid environment Project Management skills which include: Design, document and implement solutions Prepare and present to Management Provide excellent Customer Service Able to dynamically change from one project to another while maintaining priorities Work within a Team environment Able to work independently Knowledgeable on other Microsoft Tools such as Power BI/Power Automate tools helpful Able to pick up new technologies for implementation (such as: Bookings/Bookings with Me, Etc.) Proofpoint solution knowledge ServiceNow ticket management On Call Rotation as a 4th level of escalation as needed Job Overview This position installs, configures, and maintains computing infrastructure, operating systems, and middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, and servers - including web servers - in support of 24-hour-per-day, seven-day-per-week business processes.
