This candidate would be responsible for the business analysis, data analysis and quality assurance for various financial and corporate Oracle ERP - emphasis on Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable and Procurement packages Responsibilities: Business Analysis, Data Analysis and Quality Assurance for strategic projects and enhancements Coordinate with client stakeholders to track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders Assist with production implementation & coordinate user validation Participate in general BA work including production support and BAU enhancements of business applications Manage projects between technology and business teams Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a financial firm in business analysis, data analysis and testing roles; working with technology teams on custom software development and Oracle ERP systems implementations Excellent data analysis and report building skills, including SQL Subject matter expertise in one more of these business domains: finance; accounting; derivatives, securities and fixed income trading and operations Eagerness and demonstrated ability to effectively learn and master new domains Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate confidently with users and effectively with technical team members Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application requirements Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives Strong skills working with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Power Point & SharePoint Bachelor's degree.
