From: Deepa Lavaniys, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Technical Business Analyst Onsite: Tallahassee, FL Duration: 6-12 months Florida DCF No CPT/H1B Must have 5 years of exp Power Platform, .NET, Azure, DevOps Need 9+ years of total exp Must have: Experience working with Power Platform, .NET, Azure SQL, and/or Power BI development teams Experience working in a government setting Experience using Microsoft DevOps and/or ServiceNow Responsibilities: Discover and analyze existing business processes Analyze defined business rules and functional requirements Create new, and analyze existing, business requirements documents Plan, schedule, facilitate, and document meetings Execute system testing Plan, schedule, facilitate and document user acceptance testing Produce reports and project artifacts Coordinate production implementations Assist with the execution of organizational change management Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Experience with establishing and maintaining business process workflows Ability to construct effective test plans and test cases Ability to communicate business information effectively and in writing to users and information technology personnel Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Exceptionally self-motivated and directed Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to write technical documentation.
