         Responsibilities of this role would include user management, password protection and other security measures, monitoring usage of resources and diagnosing issues

         Responsible for any configuration creation and maintenance, optimizing WebFocus/iWay products in the relevant server environments.

         Provide operations support to the development team for deployments, performance maintenance, etc

         Track incidents related to WebFocus to the closure.
