Upcoming initiative includes the replat forming of the mainframe-based licensing system. The candidate must be proficient with mainframe platform skills including CICS, batch analysis, and SOAP web services. With the licensing system moving to a new platform, necessary skills include.NET development, and web services. Advanced skills developing Restful web services is a primary consideration for this engagement. The project that we are gearing up for is the refactoring of a mainframe application to a modern underlying infrastructure. The candidate will be expected to assist with the transition of the legacy mainframe application from CICS, COBOL, VSam to a .NET framework, C#, SQL environment.
