Role name:Analyst Role Description:Provide reporting analytics, research, development, and data insight solutions to the Change and Release Management team through ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics capabilities. Develop world-class reporting for IT change and release management, including industry standard methods, criteria, and visualizations.Primary Responsibilities: Design features as required by team for implementation.
