| From: Shubham, USC Group [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: GCP Cloud Architect Location: Alpharetta, GA (Local, Inperson interview) Visa: USC, GC, H4-EAD, H1B (Need Passport #) Job description: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Architect In this role, you will be responsible for building a range of services in a Cloud Service provider, preferably GCP (Google Cloud Platform) You should have an expert understanding of all GCP services Additionally, you should possess strong expertise in DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code concepts, CI/CD, security, and compliance Key Responsibilities: - Build a variety of services in a Cloud Service provider, with a focus on GCP. - Demonstrate expert knowledge of GCP services for data and analytics, ensuring operational efficiency. - Architect highly available and Disaster Recovery solutions based on the needs of the clients - Security first mindset to architect/design/deploy cloud infrastructure - Apply DevOps principles and implement Infrastructure as Code concepts effectively. - Have a strong understanding of CI/CD principles and be familiar with available tools. - Ensure security and compliance, including expertise in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools. - Develop strong relationships with application teams, cross-functional IT teams, and global/local IT teams, with a customer/stakeholder focus. - Exhibit good leadership and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively in an agile environment with DevOps application pods. - Deliver solutions that align with approved design patterns and security standards, focusing on operational effectiveness. - Possess excellent skills in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Node, Java - Have experience in full automation and configuration management. - Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills, effectively articulating complex information to various audiences. - Possess a comprehensive understanding of risk management and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory processes.
