Responsibilities: Project planning and management (Scope, Time, Risk, Quality) Collaboration with Program Manager and Delivery team on planning, reporting, and resource allocation Facilitating communication across teams and stakeholders Validating requirements, managing scope, and tracking milestones using Confluence and/or Jira Onboarding resources, managing status reports, and securing milestone sign-offs Leading Scrum ceremonies (Daily standups, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospectives) Participating in backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos Managing multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications: CSM certification required PMP certification preferred 5+ years' experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles Experience with Confluence and Jira (or similar tools) required Thanks & Regards..
