Exp in AWS, Backups, Recovery, Terraform The Cloud Support Engineer is responsible for Designing, Implementing, and Supporting the operational aspects of Firms Investment Managements Cloud Program including Monitoring, Identity and Secrets Management, Backups, Recovery, and Incident Response. They work as part of a larger organization consisting of Cloud Platform Engineering, Development, InfoSec, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to build effective, secure, and scalable solutions to meet explosive business growth. Primary Responsibilities: Provide frontline Cloud operational support, incident management, and administration for the Firm including AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, and Confluent Cloud Identity and Access Management across various Cloud platforms Cloud secrets management including deployment, rotation, and tooling integration z Design and implementcentralized observability and monitoring/alerting solutions to ensure availability Manage Cloud backup and recoverysolutions for critical infrastructure Assist with implementation of Cloud Security policies and guardrails Create and maintain Terraform IaC to ensure architectural consistency and security Design and implement best practices for operational excellence, security, reliability, performance, efficiency, and cost optimization across Cloud platforms Create and maintain documentation related to the Firms Cloud Program Mentor junior team members on secure Cloud Ops design principles and IaC Stay current with industry trends and lead operational innovation initiatives Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience with an AWS Cloud Architect Associate certification or equivalent 3+ years hands on AWS Support experience 5+ years hands on experience in Information Technology, preferably in financial services Experience with Snowflake & or MongoDB Strong knowledge of Terraform Source control experience (Github) Datadog knowledge preferred Python based orchestration tooling preferred Regards, Saloni Chaurasia { Technical Recruiter } TEK Inspirations LLC Pvt.
