JOB DETAILS - Experience with implementing Symplr, focusing on Timekeeping and Scheduling modules. Hands-on experience with configuring and integrating Symplr application 5+ years of experience in administering and providing technical support for Symplr/API Healthcare timekeeping and scheduling. Hands-on experience with development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of integrations between SympIr and external systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities and incidents effectively. Knowledge of security technologies and tools used in access control, monitoring, and incident response. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical persornel at various levels in the organization. Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred, not required).
