In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our legacy code base and assisting in the migration to modern tech stacks. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to both legacy code stability and the future technological transformation of our applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. PHP Development: - Develop, test, and maintain PHP web applications, including legacy code. - Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging and resolving issues in PHP code and web Applications - Solving complex codding issues with the help of Data structures. - Maintain Application Configuration on Containers on public cloud. - Collaborate with the team to enhance and implement incremental updates. 2. Database Management: - Proficiency in SQL for creating and managing relational databases. - Design and implement efficient database schemas. - Develop and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and functions. 3. Migration to Modern Tech Stacks: - Work closely with the team on the migration strategy to modern tech stacks. - Participate in rewriting and refactoring legacy code to align with new technologies and best practices. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. 4. Code Quality and Documentation: - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. - Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and standards compliance. 5. Version Control: - Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to track code changes and collaborate with team members.
