What youll achieve As a Redhat Sr. Consultant, you will be architecting and leading complex projects, contributing to IP and Offer development activities, facilitate current state / future state multi-discipline workshops, participates in strategic planning with the Dell Account Teams and Customer project teams, develop solution vision and scope for customer initiatives, work with Customers to troubleshoot and resolve deployment and integration challenges, coach and develop junior consultants while providing oversight on multiple projects. You will: Contribute to the development of customer cloud and virtualization strategies, while facilitating design discussion around proposed architecture Serve as a project lead, drive high quality delivery experience for customers including excellent documentation, oral and presentation skills Understand the customers strategic goals, business, and technology challenges quickly and guide the customer to adopt modern cloud and virtualization solutions Assist organizations in establishing near term goals and prioritized milestones for their cloud, virtualization, containers, and replatforming program(s). Factoring in the people, process, and technology aspects of the proposed architecture solution Work with a broad spectrum of customer stakeholders that own a shared Cloud, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Virtualization responsibility Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Heres what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8+ years of professional experience in customer facing IT roles with a bachelors degree or commensurate experience 3+ years of experience performing client facing Redhat assessments and architecture reviews Proven consulting experience with any two (2) of the following deployment scenarios: (1) vSphere with VCF, or (2) Aria Automation and integration with ServiceNow, or (3) Aria Automation and integration with NSX-T, or (4) Aria Automation and integrating with one (1) of the following configuration management platforms: Ansible or Puppet or Chef or Salt Proven working experience with NSX-T or extending virtualization solution to at least one (1) Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP) Deployment experience with any two (2) of the following: Log Insight, or Network Insight, or Aria Operations, or Site Recovery Manager Desirable Requirements Professional Certifications: Must Have (VCP), preferred (VCAP), bonus (VMware vExpert or V CDX) Passion for being a true consultant, driving change and transformation Thanks & Regard Shubhra Soni Technical Recruiter| Sonitalent Corp.
