| Requirement ID: HBITS-05-13301 Role: Systems Architect Client: State of New York (Statewide Financial Systems-SFS) Location: Albany, NY / Only EST Zone Candidates / Day-1 Onsite Visa: H1B, H4 EAD, GC, & USC Exp: 10+ Years Contract: 2.6 Years Skill Level: Expert Interview: Webcasting Mandatory Qualifications: Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfil certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design. 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Required Qualifications: 84 months of experience performing software analysis activities (Functional Analysis and Design, Data Analysis/Reconciliation, Business Process Definition, Requirements Management, Writing and Executing Test Scripts). 60 months of experience performing software analysis in a PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials ERP. (Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify.) 12 months of experience working as a functional analyst with PeopleSoft Project Costing including working knowledge of Funds Distribution in order to support the Federal Grant business process. (Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify.) (Work on modules other than Project Costing does NOT qualify to meet this requirement.) 12 months of experience as a functional analyst supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Financials in three or more of the following modules: Customer Contracts, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Commitment Control, eBill Payment. Provide specific details of module experience. (Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify.) Short Description of this requirement: Systems Architect for the Statewide Financial System. Day to Day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: The consultant will be performing systems architecture activities working in conjunction with the development team.
