Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and pinpoint AI/ML application opportunities. Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and industry trends. Architect and develop scalable and efficient AI/ML systems. Offer technical leadership and mentor junior team members. Research and enforce best AI/ML practices to enhance system performance. Uphold data governance and security protocols. Document and present AI/ML strategies and findings to stakeholders. Continuously enhance existing AI/ML solutions for better efficacy. Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture, with a proven track record in deploying AI/ML projects. Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar languages. Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence, for project management and documentation.
