Job description

Proven experience in desktop administration and asset inventory management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and an understanding of regulatory requirements

Manage the decommissioning process for outdated or obsolete assets, ensuring proper disposal or recycling in compliance with relevant regulations.

Provide desk-side support

Provide the service and support required at the physical location of the desktops or laptops, associated peripherals, and other related equipment to maintain the equipment in good working order and each of the services listed below Roles and Responsibilities table.

Desktop client services include:

Hardware Break/Fix

Software Break/Fix

Technology Refresh Install

Moves

Adds and Changes

Desk-side Support.

Provide the service and support required to maintain desktop software, standard operating system environment required to run the functions and applications associated with the desktop tasks and activities, as well as the associated business processes
