ServiceNow TBM/SPM developer experience is a big plus. Any industry-relevant certification is desired. Experience: Experience leading complex projects as the Senior Business Analyst Strong background with experience in ServiceNow SPM/TBM implementation. Must have strong domain experience supporting the development of solutions to manage IT operations and planning. Confidence in communicating with different stakeholders, especially with Senior Management is a must Strong oral and written communication skills are key Excellent presentation skills Must have experience in writing Azure DevOps stories clearly from a ServiceNow implementation perspective. Must be comfortable working under pressure, prioritizing and balancing competing tasks. Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments is expected Previous experience supporting internal information technology department projects is a big plus Competence with the project management discipline is desired Familiarity with developing business case documents is an advantage Experience with use of Azure DevOps tool required.
