Within a project setting, you may work closely with change practitioners and management consultants to build knowledge and experience in change management and training principles, tools, and practices. Your primary responsibilities may include designing, developing, and delivering educational content, designing role-based training curricula, coordinating training, designing and conducting assessments, and monitoring and measuring training effectiveness and compliance. You take part in work groups, work sessions, and interviews with business and technical representatives, occasionally as an observer but more often as an active participant. You will gain basic hands-on experience with HCL Digital Consulting practices and techniques specific to training, organizational change management, business transformation, and organizational design.
