The ideal candidate has in-depth expertise in Oracle ERP solutions, particularly financials. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead and manage the successful execution of technical projects while collaborating with both onsite and offshore development teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans for Oracle implementations, upgrades, and migrations across on-premise and cloud environments. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and both onsite and offshore development teams. Conduct risk assessments, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues. Provide clear and concise reporting on project status to stakeholders and senior management. Drive process improvements and standardization across technical project lifecycles. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specializing in Oracle technologies Demonstrated expertise in Oracle ERP, particularly financials modules Proven track record in both on-premise Oracle implementations and Oracle Cloud migrations. Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Strong leadership with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
