Position: Salesforce FSL Administrator (Hybrid) Location: Hartford, CT or Dallas, TX Duration: 6 + months Job Description: Responsibilities : Performs technical analysis, design, configuration and implementation support for Salesforce customizations following Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices. Proven ability to translate business needs into process or system improvements using configuration rather than coding Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service applications in iterative release cycles Provide support for the deployment tasks and production checkout Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
