Role: Senior Smalltalk Developer Location: Weehawken NJ (Hybrid) Responsibilities: Be a part of our WM Canada IT Business Application team in Toronto Design and develop large-scale applications Interact very closely with all stakeholders and other team members to refine user requirements through test-driven development (TDD) Analyze root causes of incidents and provide the solution Perform code reviews and share your experience with colleagues Promote the overall stability of the systems through the implementation of best practices to maintain the dev environment Skills Must have: We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of recent Cincom ObjectStudio and Visual Works system hierarchy and system migration experience. 5+ years of experience in working on SMALLTALK as primary skills Experience in programming in C/C++/Python. Hands-on experience in software source control and bug-tracking tools. Understanding of distributed systems.
