Position: Oracle EPM Sr. Consolidation Consultants Location: Boston, MA (Remote) Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Oracle EPM Sr. Consolidation Consultants. Ill work up a full job description, but any you have I would appreciate it. Needs cloud experience. Can be up to 40% travel. Can live anywhere but prefers central or east coast. 6 month contract or contract to hire. Need min of 5, preferably 7-10 FCC projects under their belt Can lead design sessions, have architecture conversations, and train end users Can also do hands-on implementation work configure applications, write logic, lead team of developers EPM Experience 8+ Years At least 3 end-to-end FCCS implementations is a must. Hands-on experience with ownership management, equity pick-up, custom rules, cashflow automation. Hands-on experience with intercompany eliminations, Supplemental Data Manager and Close Manager. Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process, experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process. Desired functional knowledge (Understand of Income statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements) Able to drive business workshops, conduct design sessions, create key design decisions docs and manage both functional as well as technical discussions with client Responsible for providing expertise in implementing industry best practices and customizing the Oracle FCCS application as per client requirements to enable business processes. Strong functional knowledge of the month-end close and consolidation process and/or FP&A processes, accounting standards, reporting requirements of a typical CFO function. Provide expertise in FCCS application configurations as per business requirements, guide technical team to complete system integrations as per business requirements, conduct Systems Integration testing sessions, user acceptance testing and plan/execute UAT/Production migrations.
