Job Description: Please send candidates who meet or exceed the Below experience: Senior Product Owner Customer API Products Managers notes: Must have experience with customer-facing APIs (the APIs that they are building are going to allow customers to operate with by integrating their systems and tools) Must be technically saavy with APIs- could have even been a developer in the past Will be working with Agile/Scrum team Will also be doing some customer enablement so they have to have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in front of customers They will be supporting the developer portal, all education content & documentation for the product Supply/Logistics industry experience a plus but NOT required Will be responsible for user stories, back log, Agile Scrum/Teams Fully remote but may have to occasionally travel to corporate or to a customer site The Product Owner will lead the development and commercialization of world-class API products that can streamline how customers do business with us. The Product Owner will be the voice of the customer in developing the API roadmap, lead the development team in delivering APIs that meet enterprise standards, and create a frictionless developer experience for API consumers. This product role requires a strong technical and business savvy the ideal candidate will be passionate about collaborating with both internal API producers as well as external API consumers. Responsibilities Product Strategy Analyze customer needs and market trends Conduct customer discovery interviews Create and maintain a product roadmap Analyze and optimize product usage through analytics and customer feedback Identify opportunities and framework for monetization Manage the API product lifecycle Product Development Lead an agile team to deliver API products that meet expectations Own the prioritized product backlog, user stories and API specifications Collaborate with architects and developers on designing APIs Embrace enterprise API best-practices and standards Developer Advocacy Create documentation and educational resources Enable a frictionless, self-service developer experience Participate in strategic customer/partner engagements & initiatives Lead community engagement and API evangelism Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
