The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of big data technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions. This role will involve leading the development and implementation of ETL pipelines, data processing workflows, and analytics solutions using Databricks and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities: Define and prioritize product features and requirements for ETL and data processing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. Lead the development and implementation of ETL pipelines and data processing workflows using Databricks and Snowflake. Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to design and deliver scalable and efficient data solutions that meet business objectives. Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for data engineering and ETL within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product roadmap with business goals and customer needs. Act as a subject matter expert on Databricks and Snowflake technologies, providing guidance and support to development teams as needed. Define success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data processing solutions and track progress towards goals. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in big data technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmap plans to stakeholders and leadership teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on ETL and data processing solutions. Strong understanding of big data technologies, particularly Databricks and Snowflake, with hands-on experience in data engineering and ETL. Solid knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as Python for data processing and analytics. Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value to customers and driving business outcomes.
