The Process Analyst defines, documents, assesses, and scrutinize the business processes for business functions across the organization and then identifies areas for potential improvement. Their focus is on streamlining operations or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity. They also ensure processes are aligned with organization objectives and guidelines. They meet with stakeholders across the organization to gather research. They prepare documentation and develop recommendations.  

Job Duties:  

Collaborate with functional leads and Global Business Process owners in getting business processes reviewed and approved in Signavio  

Translate Visio, PowerPoint flowcharts and analyze process documentation to create BPMN 2.0 compliant flows in Signavio  

Properly document all the business process modelling activities for future use.  

Mandatory Skills:  

5+ years of SAP experience  

BPMN 2.0 certified  

At least 1 year experience documenting business processes in Signavio  

Advanced business process analysis knowledge.  

Familiar with Lean and Six Sigma practices.  

Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.  

Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities.  

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including technical and business focused communications  

Meticulous attention to detail with respect to documentation.  

Candidates must be fluent in the English language.

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational processes and challenges  

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization  

Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others  

Ability to hold team members accountable to commitments.  

Ability to communicate with presentations that are simple and easy to understand  

Designing workflows and process strategies to improve business performance.  

Creating and presenting process reports for approval.
