Knowledge of Data warehouse, Analytics, Reporting based on KPIs and Dashboard Knowledge of SCRUM process, Sprint planning, metrics calculation like velocity, burn chart etc Experience in working with JIRA tool Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently Ability to communicate and report initiative and project status to variety of business audiences Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational and motivational skills ============================================================================= Role: Practice Head - Enterprise System Testing Job Location: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid Responsible for engagements cross-stream interdependency management Govern all programs/projects astutely, ensure that projects are achieving milestones and take timely recourse where required Ensure regular participation in execution for complex ERP and digital transformation projects within the portfolio, track outcomes and facilitate risk mitigation and issues resolution Provide directional inputs to Testing teams in test planning, design, preparation and execution of product quality baselines; review testability, coverage and quality focus through software testing processes, test battery setup, and execution planning Manage Customer communication with Senior Client Stakeholders and manage Relation ship with customer stakeholders Responsible for resource management and optimized utilization throughout the course of STLC lifecycle; handling team dynamics & conflicts, performance reviews, team build up and issue resolution Maintain engagement records and conduct periodic review of engagement performance and business plans with Client senior management Own value delivery, innovation, and continuous process and system improvements across portfolio engagements Collaborate with client leadership on technology roadmap and business plans, influence IT spend /project decisions and align and work with account managers to re-calibrate account strategy for Testing portfolio growth Co-lead account mining activities with account managers to support business growth for Testing services ========================================== Role: Insider Risk Program Analyst Job Location: Remote 12+ years of experience in cyber security (DLP, Insider Risk, Security Architecture) Previous experience in cyber risk management function Proficient in regulatory and compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPPA, NIST Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience with communicating with senior leaders. Exceptional program management experience Experience leading enterprise initiatives that span across multiple businesses and stakeholders Experience in conducting risk assessments ========================================== Role: Generative AI Practice Leader for BFSI Job Location: New Jersey Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience; Master's Degree with 12+ years of experience Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or a similar role, with a focus on AI/ML and generative AI. Strong understanding of generative AI techniques, including deep generative models, autoregressive models, and reinforcement learning for generative tasks. Hands-on experience of machine learning methodologies including advanced analytics tools (such as R and Python) along with applied mathematics, ML and Deep Learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and ML techniques. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with building language models, machine learning and AI models leveraging industry tools, products, and / or Azure cognitive services. Deep and hands-on expertise in (as an individual contributor) Undertaking data collection, Data mining, preprocessing and analysis of structured and unstructured data. Hands-on expertise in large language models (LLMs/LSTMs/BERT) that can perform complex reasoning in few- and zero-shot settings by generating intermediate chain of thought (CoT) reasoning steps Experience of building / customizing and fine-tuning AI models including LLM models via OpenAI (Azure), Bert (AWS) for rapid PoCs Experience on LLM Model Governance, LLMSecOps, Hallucination and bias handling Deep and hands-on experience in applying machine learning algorithms. Strong data science and data engineering background both with open source and cloud distributed machines learning and AI tools especially Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning and AWS Sagemaker and Bedrocks Strong understanding of Azure cloud technology including Cognitive Services viz.
