Education: Bachelors degree. Required. Experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service preferred. Required. 3-5 yrs. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices. Required. 3-5 yrs. Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API's/SSIS), plug ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management. Required. Proficiency in C#, ASP. Net, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages. Required. Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices). Required.
