Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Data Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity. The Data Support Specialist will work with business teams to support strategic initiatives in alignment with business in an environment focusing on expanding and optimizing our data and data pipelines. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to process optimization and quality assurance of data and should have technical expertise in SQL, Azure Data Factory. This role demands a high level of productivity, technical proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel formulas, Tableau, and Salesforce, and the ability to produce quality work consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive understanding of Sales opportunities, pipeline, etc. - Continuous monitoring of data information flow within the data mart. - Process optimization and quality assurance of data. - A strong business and technical proficiency in SQL. - Creation of weekly reports, including weekly and monthly Reports using Tableau. - Data Validation and Upload: Efficiently validate and upload data within the stipulated time frame for each task, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Desired Qualities: - Self-motivated and solution-oriented. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and completeness - Work collaboratively with the Sales Service team for the upload process, taking full responsibility for data validation without relying on the team for data cleaning and renaming. - Handle marketing campaign upload processes efficiently, identifying and resolving any issues with data points. - Provide Salesforce support as required, including prioritizing requests and pulling reports for the other business teams without deferment. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Factory. Technical Skills: - Tableau: Independently manage data reports in Tableau, including the weekly reports push to Tableau Cloud, without constant guidance. - Salesforce: Possess more than surface-level knowledge of Salesforce, actively participating in the day-to-day management and CRM support requests. - SQL: someone knows SQL very well, which is a must for this role, , e.g., handling data without confusion. - Excel: Demonstrate proficiency in using Excel formulas, such as, VLOOKUP for data analysis. Education / Certification: - Bachelors degree in business or computer science.
