| MUST HAVE SKILL UKG WORK FORCE, Kronos , HCM Job Title : IT Program Manager (UKG) Work Location: Remote Position (East Coast) Role Description : Information Technology Project/Program Manager (UKG) Tentative Start Date: March 8 th , 2024 or ASAP Term Duration (in months): 12 months (with possibility of extension) Hourly Pay Rate: $60-65/hrly C2C Additional Notes: All visas are ok as long as their English is excellent and they are in Eastern Time Zone (no OPT EADs) Years of Experience Required: Minimum 10-year(s) experience in program and project management Minimum 10-year(s) experience in both Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies Minimum 5 years in delivering complex Enterprise Level Programs with a focus on HCM & Labor programs within a complex and matrixed organization Experience with UKG Pro WFW (aka Dimensions) and / or Kronos Workforce Central Experience with Migrating from UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM (aka Dimensions) Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Information Technology disciplines (software development, integrations and middleware technologies, etc.) Minimum 3 year(s) of business operations experience International experience a plus -- Keywords: information technology |
