Role : Cognos Developer Location : Richardson, TX, hybrid, 2 days onsite Note: only share independent visa holders and mention their location and visa Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Cognos Developer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in IBM Cognos BI Suite (Report Studio, Query Studio, Workspace Advanced, Framework Manager). Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2). Experience in data modelling and designing complex data structures. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy is a plus.
