Job Title : Sr. UNIX / Linux Software Engineer (Lawson environment) Employment Type : Contract Location : Goodlettsville, TN, US (Initial Remote flexible) Job Description Must Skills: Lawson, UNIX scripting, Oracle Database Description: A Senior Software Engineer, working independently or with limited supervision, translates high-level business requirements into technical designs, proposes design alternatives, codes and/or communicates requirements to junior engineers. They have a strong knowledge of the applications in their functional area, how each supports the goals of the business and how they interface with each other and to applications outside of their area. They lead small development engagements, mentor junior engineers, solve difficult and highly complex technical problems and may be called on to consult on other projects. Proved experience (minimum 7 - 10 years' experience) in the below Tech Skills: Unix knowledge and scripting - MUST HAVE Oracle database - MUST HAVE Lawson S3 HR and Payroll functional knowledge - MUST HAVE Lawson S3 LSF and Landmark - MUST HAVE IPA - MUST HAVE Lawson Cobol 4GL - MUST HAVE SQL Server Database - Nice to have Lawson Add-ins experience - nice to have TOAD experience - nice to have Infor Smart Office foundation/installation - nice to have Please let me know your interest and let's keep in touch until we make this happen Referrals appreciated and welcomed.
