Tools such as LoadRunner or SolarWinds to measure the performance of solutions Previous experience in Data Modelling, Data Classification, and zones, data movement, Data architecture, and reporting Experience with cloud storage providers such as Azure Cosmos or Google Cloud 8 years experience mandate All candidates must show on the resume under their projects where they have done multiple on-prem SQL Server to no-SQL migrations to the cloud. Include how large they are with some details on how they did the migration. No-SQL databases like: Couchbase DB, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, Redis, Neo4j, Apache HBase, etc.. Screen the candidates! 1. What is the process you followed for the on-prem SQL data to no-SQL migration on the cloud they worked on. See if they can give you step by step. Be aware that we may call the end client manager they worked for to verify they actually did the migrations as part of their work. 2.Ask them what was the size of the database you migrated from SQL Server to no-SQL on the cloud (List on the resume) Job Summary: *Designs, codes, tests, and implements data movement, dashboarding, and analytical assets; develops system documentation according to SAFe Agile principles and industry standards. *Evaluate architectural options and define the overall architecture of the data migration project. *Defines functional and non-functional requirements including performance monitoring, alerting, and code management and ensuring alignment with technology best practices and SLAs. *Determines major elements and subsystems and defines interfaces as well as architectural runway. *Providing subject matter expertise and technical consulting support on either vendor or internal applications and interfaces including Azure - Data Factory, Log Analytics, Databricks, Synapse, Cosmos. *Interfaces with the Product Owner and IT leadership at the project level to define and estimate features for the agile team. Qualifications: * Required-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training. * 8+ years of industry experience (business application design, development, implementation, and/or solution architecture) * Required-Prior experience with SQL to no-SQL cloud solution data migrations * Experience with tools such as LoadRunner or SolarWinds to measure the performance of solutions * Understanding of architecture practices and execution for large projects/programs * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Previous experience in Data Modelling, Data Classification, and zones, data movement, Data architecture, and reporting * Experience with cloud storage providers such as Azure Cosmos or Google Cloud * In-depth understanding of computer, storage, and network components including backup, monitoring, and DR environment requirements * Experience designing data pipelines, ingestion, storage, prep-train, model and serve using the above technologies, Automating Azure Workloads, Data quality * Preferred-knowledge and experience with API architecture in Azure * Experience with multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
