Title: Workday Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant Duration: 12 Months Contract Location: Houston, TX 77084 Onsite Role Visa: USC/GC/EAD Only. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years focused on Workday implementations. In-depth knowledge of Workday functionality and configuration, particularly in the areas of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in complex, global organizations. Experience with change management tools and methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotters 8-Step Process, is highly desirable. Workday certification(s) preferred. Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Workday OCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organizational change management, particularly within Workday implementations. This role will involve working closely with clients to develop and execute change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies for Workday implementations, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor change management approaches to meet their specific needs. Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices and methodologies. Develop communication materials, training resources, and other tools to support change initiatives. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Track and measure the effectiveness of change management activities and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Regards!!
