Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Role: ServiceNow Architect Location: Irving, TX Hybrid Need minimum 13+ years exp Visa: Any but prefer independent candidate No OPT/CPT Need local or near by TX Candidates We expect it to be someone that can field a variety of topics and exude confidence in driving implementation strategy that results in unlocking new projects for to ramp up with them. Its a mix of true platform consulting, technical deep-dives and positioning the future roadmap. Responsibilities Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances. Advise, design and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other systems. Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM Document requirements in SDLC, develop test cases and comply with Change Management policies for Release Management. Drive business solutions from inception through solution implementation Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS Identify and invent novel solutions to challenging technical problems and provide requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications Translate functional specifications into logical, component-based technical designs Advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc. 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more. Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains Understand Workflow editor & able to design workflow for various modules/catalogs and hands on experience on workflow activities for triggering approvals & fulfillment process. Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal. Table extension and modification. Monitor health, usage and compliance of ServiceNow systems. Perform systems and integration testing of functions and features. Key collaborator on ServiceNow advanced solutions. Thanks & Regards ..
