Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. CSAT Index Ensure Coverage, Response rate of >80%, CSAT Average of 4.5 & above Onsite attrition - Timely completion of appraisals for onsite engineers, engaging them. Timeliness of alerts/intelligence for business growth/retention. Act as the onsite bridge for all offshore engineers to enable them understand requirements unambiguously for turning around proposals & deliver projects successfully.
