Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against milestones. Create and distribute clear project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates. Organize and manage project files and records to ensure a clear audit trail. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and information flow throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to project managers as needed. Conduct and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up and action items are addressed. Resource Management: Assist in allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials) efficiently. Coordinate with different departments to secure necessary support for projects. Risk and Issue Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Track and manage project issues, working with the team to find solutions. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the review and analysis of project performance. Suggest process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency. Requirements and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent experience. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role. Excellent organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Team player: Must be collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Problem-solving ability: Can think critically and propose solutions under pressure. Proficiency in project management tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus. Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
