Role: Sr Sr. Software Engineer - C#.Net Location: Mentor, OH (Onsite) Passport no required. Experience: 8+Yeasrs MANDATORY QUESTIONS DURING SUBMISSION: Have you used Wireshark and other protocol debuggers to resolve issues in your work Have you designed a complete new feature from scratch and used any design tools to document before coding Have you worked with ActiveMQ and/or similar message bus How well you understand MQTT protocol. Any knowledge of RS485/422/232 or any other low level serial buses JOB SUMMARY: Required Technical Skills: Solid knowledge on Microsoft .NET (C#). OOP Concepts are mandatory. Multi-platform Backend Applications (Dotnet core), Daemons, services, IIS, WCF. Web applications using MVC, Blazor, Razor. Understanding of how (TCP/IP, RS232, RS485) protocols are designed is a must. Electronic background is preferred (IoT, Arduino, PLC). Good experience working with LINQ, Entity Framework Knowledge of Microservice is preferred. Good experience working with Message Queue (Preferred ActiveMQ but any other Queue like RabbitMQ etc., is also acceptable) Hands on experience working across Linux environment (Ubuntu, Centos, Alpine, distros). Good experience of any SQL Data Base (Good to have SQLite Mainly). Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Agile development and GIT Version Control Knowledge. Knowledge of WPF not mandatory but an added advantage Unit testing implementation, Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, SDLC, software design best practices, OOD and Design patterns.
